Any history of intermittent PPP drops?

What is the Fibre Distance?

Is the customer's fiber level above ?

Are there any signs of damage to any of the internal cabling?

Looking at the history of the fibre levels have they started increasing since the customer noticed the problem?

Is the uptime of the router higher than the uptime of the ONT?

What lights are on the modem?

Make sure the power cable is secured into the modem & the power socket is giving power.

Have any of the ONT lights come back?
